Awakening to the Light Within

 
I am so excited to share this beautiful space with all of you,  and I couldn’t be happier to have this opportunity to bring together my home and my work under one lovely blue roof.

This studio space is ideal for the smaller, one to one, classes that I am most eager to teach. It also allows us to enjoy the gorgeous forest that surrounds the property. Which opens the doors to hosting events like group meditations, one to one mediations, drumming circles and walks and Pilates in the forest.
My practice has grown and changed as I have grown and changed. It is a true reflection of who I am and what I am wanting to share with you.
I am so grateful for the time I have had to heal and grow, to develop a practice that is rich in all areas; bringing balance and wellbeing to not only the body,  but also the mind and spirit.

We are each, and everyone of us, on our own personal paths to awaking,  connected by our singular desire to live a better life, to feel better, to think more positive thoughts and to create the reality of our choosing.

I am thrilled to be a part of your personal journey into wellbeing, and invite you to share with me as we move individually and collectively into a new way of being and thinking. Into a new way of experiencing your best self.
