My dearest friends, I have been a part of the wordpress community for only a few short weeks and in that time my work has traveled all around the world and has been read close to 400 times!
I consider this a tremendous success!

Thank you to each and every one of you who has taken the time to read these channeled messages of love. Each time you connect to the higher frequency of these transmissions, you become in that moment aligned with the true Loving nature of the Universe.

My desire for myself is to become fully awake and to live my life as the deliberate creator Being
I feel myself to be.

My desire for you is for you to know yourself fully and to live your life as the marvelous creator you are.

My personal practice is in this now moment evolving. It is shifting and shaping itself as I decide who I  am and what I want to give back to the world.
It is my personal desire to guide you along this path of awakening. I have learned that in order to live as a Divine Being made real, I must balance all parts of myself…Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Within each aspect of these there are so many different parts, all seeking balance.
And so my work is that of finding balance within ALL parts;

Balancing the body through mindful movement and breath work, core based strengthening exercises, joint work, roller work and self massage.

Balancing the mind through the practice of guided meditation, conscious breath work and toning. Teaching the art of deliberate awareness to your thoughts and how to use your thoughts to manifest what you want.

Balancing the spirit by connecting to our higher Selves as we invite spirit into all aspects of our physical practice and our lives.

As an open channel to ALL Source consciousness I will joyfully transcribe messages and guidance from the higher realms for all those that are wanting.

I will keep you all posted as to new classes and workshops!

Thank you again to all my new friends and family of light. And I use the words family of light with the greatest love and respect… for indeed we are all daughters and sons of a mother and father, and they are the children of another mother and father, and so on and so on…and so, we are in that way connected, and yet we are even greater then that, for our lineage goes all the way out into the stars and beyond that  into the infinite possible possibilities of ALL that there IS.
